Occupational Therapy Services • Empowering Children and Families
Activities or daily occupations bring meaning, identity, health and wellbeing to us. If someone is having trouble successfully participating in activities he or she needs or wants to do, this can cause damage to their developmental, mental and/or physical health.
There can be many reasons for the struggle to engage successfully in these activities. Reasons can range from personal struggles such as a disability, to environmental barriers. All clients of Radiant Family Therapies receive a comprehensive evaluation and an individualized therapy plan created with the client and family. Progress is measured by how well the client improves in successful participation in activities.
Radiant Family Therapies provides occupational therapy to all ages but focuses more on children and utilizes a family centered approach to enhance the quality of life for everyone involved.

So basically, everyone can use so some occupational therapy. Health-care insurance will cover intervention when there is a medical diagnosis and especially if that diagnosis is combined with a loss of function.
